I always come back to a place where the staff helps with my bags. It suits me perfectly and has everything I need - Wi-Fi, shared kitchen, flat-screen TV, express check-in/out. I feel secure with 24-hour security and enjoy the no-smoking policy. Coming back for New Year!

The apartment itself was clean, modern and airy. Location is perfect! Plenty of stuff in kitchen to use. Bathroom gets cleaned daily and even though it is shared by many people, it feels clean to use. We were 3 girls which had the room with 2 single beds plus a sofa bed. It was a nice and big space for us to relax after a long day. the reception is very responsive and helpful. They replied to my email very quickly. We were able to leave our bags with them for hours after we checked out. Location is excellent, very close to the Old Town. Room was very clean, perfect for our needs. We had a shared bathroom and kitchen with all the facilities we needed and spotlessly clean too. the instructions for getting into the apartment were all very clear and there were no problems.

Limited ironing facilities: The lack of an ironing table and the condition of the iron left something to be desired. It was a bit challenging to get my clothes looking their best without leaving marks on them.

I recently stayed at Dukes Aparthostel - Pokoje Prywatne and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Rynok square. The room was spacious and had a balcony overlooking a charming side street with several restaurants. The sofa bed was comfortable and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily explore all the attractions and landmarks within walking distance. The room was clean and recently renovated, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the WiFi was reliable and fast, allowing us to stay connected during our trip.

That the bed was quite hard and uncomfortable for me, but my daughter found it okay. It may be a personal preference, but it would have been nice to have a more comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.

The quadruple room we stayed in had a shared bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. It was basic but clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As a family with kids, we felt it was perfect for our needs.

Personally, I would have liked it if the double room had a washing machine. However, I understand that not everyone may have the need for it and it didn't affect our overall experience.

We were surrounded by so many clubs, it was like a party everywhere we went. Plus, the WiFi was super fast, so we could always surf the web and share our epic moments on social media. It was the perfect spot for a young, party-loving crew like us!

The only thing we wished for was a bit more organized fun for young people. It would have been awesome if the hostel organized some events or activities for us to meet other young travelers and have even more fun together.
